Lawn mowing / Snow removal

Lawn Mowing and Snow Removal services are provided by:

During the warmer months, lawn mowing, string-trimming, and walkway edging every 3rd  are provided. Please remember that one gate in each fenced yard must be at least 48″ wide to accommodate the mowers. Also, be sure that pets are confined,  pet waste is removed, and no hoses or other items are left in the lawn.

Mowing happens Thursday or Friday, unless delayed by weather or equipment issues..

IMPORTANT: If you have cable or  HVAC wiring not protected by landscaping, the mowing crew will not trim closely there. You are responsible for that trimming.

Those that wish to mow their own lawns, please contact us.

 

During winter, our contractor clears snowfalls (if greater than 3″) from streets, driveways, and sidewalks to front porches. However, homeowners must clear snow from the street-side walkways.

Additionally, the groundskeeper handles various tasks to ensure the neighborhood is well maintained.
