Common Areas

The common areas of the community are private property.  The AOB HOA Board manages all maintenance, changes, and improvements of such.

If any resident wishes to volunteer to assist in outdoor projects, or to make a monetary or item donation for the common areas, please contact the board via email or in person.

Per our governing documents – NO Fishing, NO Ice Skating, NO Boating, NO Swimming in any pond. This rule is enforced to protect the community and residents.  The rule applies to everyone:  homeowners, residents, guests, and others.
